San Clemente voters passed Measure W in 2008 endorsing the North Beach Playa del Norte project by a 7% margin. The Measure W victory assured the Playa del Norte project would continue to move forward. On July 19, 2010 the San Clemente City Council capped a four year process and voted to approve Playa del Norte.
However project opponents have forced the issue to go before voters - for a second time. This site is dedicated to providing factual information so voters can make an informed choice on the upcoming special election.
