View Simulations

These visual simulations were commissioned by the City of San Clemente as part of the environmental review process.  They were formulated from actual project plans using sophisticated software that models the project in three dimensions.  The resulting images accurately portray scale and perspective as would be seen by the human eye.  These models were developed by independent consultant Gary Headrick, a renowned expert in this type of computer modeling.
